MAKE UNA KONTINU, UNA HEAR

You have been strident in asking how much looted funds has been recovered so far
It has now been given……….but you are not satisfied. You have now raised other issues.
You say there were no names mentioned, and that the so-called recovered loot were phantom, if not let the money be shared among the 36 states and the Federal Government.
In other words, you are still in doubt that any money was looted in the last administration, when even the looters themselves have not exactly denied the charges against them. Many of the looters are in fact refunding their share of the looted money on their own volition.
I read some of you even making allusion that the names of the looters were not given because President Buhari returned what he "stole" from PTF while his wife returned what she got from the Halliburton scam.
I even read one young man asking about a N2.8 billion allegedly stolen by "President Buhari and his wife Hajia Aisha Buhari." The ignorant young man could not even bother to do a simple Google search to ascertain whether Aisha was even born then.
But should I really blame him? In a country where History is not taught how can anyone, especially the youth, know anything about the past?
That young man obviously does not know that the so-called N2.8 billion was thoroughly investigated by the Alhaji Shehu Shagari regime and Buhari was cleared. Or maybe he knows but chose to play that card anyway as many of you wailers usually do.
This is the hallmark of you disciples of a discredited regime. You are so fertile in disingenuous imagination.
I have the exact words to use to describe you but I won't use them. I would rather give you some lectures because in the words of the inimitable Chief Zebrudaya alias 4.30 "illiteracy are sickness". In this case your ignorance is not just an ordinary decease, it is a poisonous and killer one.
Now take note of these:
1. Naming names would have jeopardized future recovery efforts. Remember, the President said it clear that he was not after anybody, but after recovering stolen funds.
2. There is nowhere in the world that recovered money still undergoing judicial process is spent without express court pronouncement to that effect.
3. Even if any money is to be shared without court order, only the National Assembly can appropriate it.
4. Some of the recovered loot is not in cash form, they are in physical assets. That means some working out needs to be done first.
It is just so amazing how you wailers tend to feign ignorance of some achievements of this administration.
To be sure, things are hard and we expect the government to do more. No doubt about it.
Still, it is curious that you guys have simply made up your mind not to admit that this government has recorded some successes.
It seems there is only one thing President Buhari will do that would be great in the eyes of some of you wailers. And that is to continue with "stealing is not corruption” policy of your hero.
Make una kontinu. Una hear?
